Capturing Thought in the Garden of Time

Digital images have a kind of sensuous luster that granular images lack. I think the reason that I was hooked on digital relatively early is that I am a photographer whose theme is the Human Being. But sometimes when using digital, the picture comes out like a cold wax mannequin. This was a major complaint I had about digital.
The E-1 creates images with warmth, while delivering the softness and suppleness that are the peculiarities of the digital medium, whether it be inanimate objects or human skin. I think this is from the characteristics of the ZUIKO DIGITAL. It could be a benefit of the Four Thirds system.
The E-1 feels just right in my hand.
A good subject compels the photographer to press the shutter, but a good camera gives the photographer a pleasant feeling that also makes him want to press the shutter.
Thanks to the Dust Reduction System, I no longer have to worry about dust in the CCD. That's really good news.
