Perfect for Macro mode! I could not live without this camera now. What makes me happiest is the Dust Reduction System that automatically removes dirt and debris. No matter how many times I change lenses, I have never had dust gotten into the camera. This solves all the problems I have had with interchangeable SLR lenses to date! Perfect for Macro mode. Since the depth of field is deeper than the APS size, you can snap the shutter faster if you want to get the same depth of field. This is an advantage for insect photographers like myself. What makes the ZUIKO DIGITAL 14-54 mm stand out is that the minimum shooting distance is 22 cm. This one camera is all I need to handle macro photography like flowers and butterflies as well. Frankly, I've tried a lot of cameras before, but for me the E-1 is really the handiest. I could not live without this camera now. |
